A sanctuary nestled on a private, forested 5-acre estate in the majestic settings of Roberts Creek on the Sunshine Coast. Referred to by one of our guests as a “forest cathedral,” our retreat centre promises tranquility, seclusion, and an intimate connection with nature.

Our Setting
Situated just over a 15-minute drive from the Langdale ferry and close to the seaside towns of Gibsons and Sechelt, Linwood House offers easy access paired with secluded charm. The property features a blend of natural wonders from gardens and lush mature rain forest trees, and short walks or drives offering stunning ocean vistas, breathtaking waterfalls, and old-growth trees. This natural beauty creates an atmosphere not only of relaxation but also of deep inspiration for all who visit.
Our Accommodations
Linwood House boasts a variety of accommodations designed to cater to the diverse needs of our guests. From the intimate setting of our main retreat centre with five beautifully appointed bedrooms to the more private Carriage House and the convenient Garden Suite, each space is crafted to enhance your stay. With a total of 11 bedrooms and 15 beds, we are ideally sized for groups of around 8-15 persons.

Linwood House is beautiful and tranquil, set in serene Roberts Creek. Mark and Heidi hosted us for our small foundation retreat and it was the perfect place for us. They were very responsive to our needs and went out of their way to accommodate us. The landscape is beautiful as well, with the beach and small cafes very close-by.
